PHOTO POSTING:
Please remember that any photo uploaded must be no larger than 2.9mb.
If you get a blank screen, then your photo was too large.
1. How do I post my profile picture?
To change your profile photo,
click on my account. Click on the edit tab. Scroll down and click the
box to delete you current picture. Click submit. Then, click on the
edit tab again. Click on upload a new photo and the choose file button
to search for the photo you wish to upload. Click submit.
2. How do I add photos to my personal gallery?
To add a photo to your personal gallery (but not an event
gallery):Click on add photo below home page. Fill in a title. Select
none for the gallery choice. Then, select choose file from your
computer. Click submit once you've chosen a file. our current profile
pic is NOT automatically loaded or saved to your gallery.
3. How do I view my personal gallery?
Click on my account. You will see HISTORY in blue letters and below it
says "View My Photos" . This is your personal gallery of all photos
that you have uploaded to your gallery ( except for your profile picture). Every photo that you have uploaded
under your username will appear here in your personal gallery. If you
delete that photo, it will delete it from your personal gallery, as
well as from any event gallery it may be tied to.
4. How do I add photos from an event?
My suggestion for posting event photos (that you do not want in your
personal gallery) is to logout and log back in using the username:
event photos, password: postemup. You can add photos to event galleries
here and they will not be tied into your personal gallery. I know this
is a bit confusing, but we will be working to simplify it down the
road.
5. Why can't I see my new profile picture?
I've uploaded everything properly, but my old picture is still showing.....
If you don't see your new profile picture immediately, click refresh or
empty your cache and open your browser again. We do have a small gliche
on some computers, so we are trying to work that out.If you still
cannot see your profile picture, please e-mail me!
6. How do I clear my cache?
If you need help on how to clear your cache and use Windows here's the way:
- Click on TOOLS on your menu bar
- CLick on INTERNET OPTIONS
- then BROSWING HISTORY
- Then select TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES
- select DELETE FILES (these files are copies f webpages and by
deleting you will have the most recent page on your screen ), click YES
Now that this is done you should see ppl's newest file pictures, most recent site updates etc.

LOST ID CARD
1. Help, I've lost my membership id card!
We do issue all members an id card upon their membership. You can also request a new membership card upon membership renewal. If, however, you have lsot your card in between those times, there is a $10 replacement fee. We know that is kind of a bummer, but there is a cost to getting those cards printed and mailed back out to you. It's super important that you write your name on the back of the card, so that if it does turn up, we will know who it belongs to. So, sign your name, and tie them onto something tight! If lost, please contact christi.rasheed@momstown.ca.
